Our assumptions, correct us if they don't match your reality: an average basket of €749 and one repair or service at going Belgian rates, transposed to the price level in Ireland (World Bank ICP 2021 price index: 141.6 against 132.3 in Belgium) — an estimate: tell us your own rates and we redo the table, that is €1,498 per customer per year, or €125 per month per customer.
Why the months don't look alike: a customer won in month 1 is still paying in month 12. Customers add up, so monthly revenue climbs over the year instead of staying flat — it is that climb, not a fixed amount, that pays the site back. We assume they stay: if they don't come back, the columns shift to the right.
